A private and peaceful getaway with amazing views, cozy and pristine cottage, awesome hot tub and fire pit, and hosts that thought of every detail and went above and beyond from booking to after checkout to assure satisfaction and happiness of their guests. My whole family had a great time. The host responded almost immediately to any questions and provided recommendations about the area. The beds were luxurious. Like a 5 star hotel surrounded by a breathtaking landscape. We are thankful to our hosts for sharing their beautiful getaway with us and for an amazing time. We will definitely be back.

This place has all the amenities! It made for a stress free and relaxing stay! The location is peaceful, quiet, and provides a relaxing setting. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fully stocked kitchen supplies!

Incredible stay. From the hot tub, to the views, to the seeds falling from the sky that we roasted in the oven, the board games, and the bonfires. We made so many family memories at this place, and we are already talking about coming back. Fabulous customer, service, very clean, and it had everything we needed, including special touches for our pup. Highly recommend for solo stays, couples, or families.

We had the most wonderful time at Kaylee and Frank’s home! It was so relaxing to wake up by the river and cook breakfast on the black stone! Spent our days fishing and letting the pups roam the property to end it with dinner again on the black stone and a relaxing dip in the jacuzzi. Meant to put the bonfire pit to use, but we’ll be back to do so lol. The house was beautiful and Kaylee and Frank had it stocked for any and everything! Everything was as advertised or better and they provided everything we could have needed for our stay from firewood to Tupperware. The river was peaceful, the hot tub was great, bed and couches were comfortable. 5 Star experience.

My stay at Franks Evart Escape was a beautiful get away with the perfect balance of the great outdoors along with a very clean and comfortable home. I really liked the fact that he had everything you could think of stocked up in the home. We needed a funnel for something and he had it haha. The things you don’t even think about when packing. Thank you Frank for the amazing hospitality, quick responses and wonderful memories my wife and I will share for years to come.

We really enjoyed our weekend at Frank’s place. It felt like home away from home. The place looks just like the photos and everything was as described. The home is the at the end of the street, so there was enough privacy for our little family. We hopped in the hot tub, grilled, and went out on the paddle boat. Will book this place again in the future.
Frank was very tentative and a great host.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The home was so cozy, welcoming, and incredibly clean from the moment we arrived. The peaceful and quiet atmosphere made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. Everything felt comfortable and well cared for, which made us feel right at home. We created so many beautiful memories during our stay and truly enjoyed every moment here. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a warm, relaxing, and memorable getaway

The interior design felt therapeutic and intentional more than aesthetically,beautifully balanced and calming — amazing feng shui. Every different area on the property felt like its purpose was to serve you in a different way .

Perfect stay for the spring time! We really appreciate that everything for getting out on the water was provided and that the rental is dog-friendly. My teenager asked to go out of town as his birthday wish and we selected this home as it had kayaking, fishing and hot tub and we could bring our dog. Hot tub was a big hit! Had a beautiful campfire on a chilly weekend and saw some wildlife. Terrific property that feels very comfortable and was very well stocked with things you might need.
