Relax by the water on our spacious deck, cast a line with great fishing, soak in our 6-person hot tub, or gather around the fire pit. We also provide a Blackstone grill, yard games, and plenty of space to unwind. Evart is close to ORV trails, hiking, and downtown Evart - perfect for nature lovers and adventure seekers, with easy day trips to Traverse City, Lake Michigan, and more!

We provide life jackets for your safety, but please remember to swim at your own risk. Water shoes are highly recommended for a more comfortable experience. Please note you do need to walk down a hill without steps or a stair railing to access the water. Acknowledgment of our rental agreement is required prior to arrival. 𝐖𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐑 The home runs on well water, which is safe for drinking and daily use. For convenience and peace of mind, you may wish to bring bottled water for drinking. Our stainless steel refrigerator features a built-in ice maker and water dispenser for your convenience. 𝐁𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐑𝐎𝐎𝐌 Enjoy a modern bathroom space with newly painted walls and thoughtful updates to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
