What a wonderful stay! Plenty of room, amazing lake views, and lots of peace and quiet. We also checked out most of the places listed in the guidebook in the nearby town - all great recommendations! Can’t wait to come back.

This was a wonderfully secluded yet accessible place to stay for an active visit to Michigan. We visited Holland, Sleeping Bear Dunes, and Traverse City during our brief 3-day stay. The accommodations were excellent and Frank was very accessible if we needed anything (which we did not--he proved his accessibility in our questions prior to our stay). The setting was beautiful; I'll carry the memory of peaceful mornings with coffee by the river with me for a while. The fire pit was a great addition--everything we needed was right there. Perhaps the nicest surprise was the coffee/tea supplies that we didn't have to think about--the house is secluded enough that it would have been an annoyance to go back out and get them, but everything we needed was provided. We highly recommend this house and our host. Great experience--we would do it again in a heartbeat!

We stayed for my husband’s birthday and everything was great. The first night we ate a one of the recommended restaurants and received great service. The place had everything described in the listing. Frank responded promptly and politely and was always able to help. I will definitely recommend this property for a couple or family.

This is a little hidden paradise. Perfect size for 6 people and our pup. We were able to utilize all of the amenities from the kayaks to the hot tub to the fire pit. The hosts are also incredibly friendly and responsive. Would definitely stay here again in the future

We stayed here for our “minimoon”. It was lovely! We fished, kayaked, rode our motorcycles, enjoyed the hot tub, and had great conversations by the fire.
We want to make this our yearly quick get away!

Thank you for having us! This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of Franks property and neither disappoint. All the amenities I expected were there. The view was perfect. The property had everything we needed and I can’t wait to come back next year!

This was the perfect little get away. We booked this place specifically for the purpose to stay put and so my dog could swim in the river which is his fav thing. My favorite thing is when an airbnb has everything you need.. and this one has everything and more. We can’t wait to book next summer :)

We absolutely loved our stay here. This location is perfect if you want to get away from it all. There were so many nice touches - we used the Blackstone, firepit, and hot tub quite a bit during our stay. Everything was immaculate as well. You could tell the owners put a lot of thought and work into each detail of the house. Don't hesitate to book here, your future self will thank you for it!

A nice remote place to enjoy with a small group. A fun pond and plenty of outdoor space. The inside was cozy and comfy. Most importantly the host were very easy to communicate with.
